Our acreage rests in the plains of southeast Minnesota surrounded by cropland. Directly to the west of our home lies one of Minnesota's 10,000 (actually, over 14,000) lakes. We raise registered Scottish Highland cattle for breeding stock and for top quality, grassfed/grass finished beef for our family.

Our four sons are growing fast. They keep us busy with sports and other activities and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Our #1 goal in raising Highland cattle is providing a healthy source of quality protein for our family. Our secondary goal is producing hearty, healthy, docile registered breeding stock while preserving the unique physical characteristics of traditional Scottish Highlands that we love so much. Our cattle are registered with the American Highland Cattle Association (AHCA).
